Effective 11/07/2022 Moodle now requires multi-factor authentication with the Duo app, just like many of our other applications, including Webmail.

If you need instructions on obtaining/resetting your NetBadge / Duo account follow the instructions found at this link.

Having Trouble Logging in? Remember that your UVa-Wise email username and password is used to login to both Moodle and our My.UVaWise portal.
First, try resetting your password here: FORGOT PASSWORD UTILITY.  If you are unable to access the forgot password utility, or need to enroll, contact the Information Technology Helpdesk (276) 376-4509 or email helpdesk@uvawise.edu during College business hours, Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm EST.
